RegTrack — compliance tracking and GRC platform

RegTrack is the flagship compliance management system. It is used to track and manage the lifecycle of employer and enterprise compliances across the law of the land. RegTrack-Contractor — vendor and contractor compliance
Used by principal employers to digitise contractor and vendor compliance. It brings the principal employer and contractors onto one platform for licences, labour law records, document collection, workflows, and risk reporting across plants, offices, and warehouse locations.
RegAuto-Labour — labour registers, returns, and challans
RegAuto-Labour (also described in older materials as Avacom-Labour) is a self-service automation layer that generates statutory labour records from structured inputs such as salary and attendance files. Coverage includes challans under PF, ESI and Professional Tax; hundreds of returns; and hundreds of registers across Central laws and State / UT rules. Junior HR users can upload basic files and produce the required formats. Formats are maintained for Central, 28 States, and 8 Union Territories.
RegAuto-Secretarial — company secretary and board automation
RegAuto-Secretarial is a digital secretarial practice and corporate secretarial platform. It is used by in-house secretarial teams and by Practising Company Secretaries (PCS). It captures master data of entities, directors, committees, KMPs and auditors; supports meeting management (Board, committee, AGM); auto-populates MCA and SEBI compliances from agendas; generates meeting documentation, selected e-forms, statutory registers, and procedures. A PCS edition is designed to improve practice throughput and client servicing.
RegUpdate — personalised legal and regulatory updates
RegUpdate is a web and mobile application that delivers national, near-real-time, comprehensive, and personalised compliance updates. Users filter by industry, regulator, State or Union Territory, ministry, and keywords. Each update can be linked to the underlying Act and to the list of compliances in the TeamLease RegTech database. The research stack uses AI, machine learning, and OCR to monitor 3,700+ Central, State, and Local websites.
