Teamlease Regtech Private Limited is a company incorporated under the provision of Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at Office No. 312 & 313, Kakade Bizz Icon, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411005.

This privacy policy applies to Teamlease Regtech Audit application and Teamlease Regtech Products (hereinafter referred to as "Apps or App").

Teamlease Regtech recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. This Policy describes how we treat user information we collect on our platforms and other offline sources.

It is Teamlease Regtech's policy to respect your privacy regarding any Personal Data we may collect through our website or while providing our products, software and applications collectively called the Services.

This Privacy Policy applies when you use our Services and when we process your personal information. It applies to current and former visitors to our website and to our online customers.

For the purposes of this Policy, the term "Websites" shall refer collectively to the Teamlease Regtech website as well as the other websites that are directly or indirectly controlled and managed by Teamlease Regtech.

Teamlease Regtech acts both as Data Fiduciary and Data Controller based on the nature of processing activity.

We collect two types of information: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. This information may be used to troubleshoot, administer the Website, analyze trends, gather demographic information, comply with applicable law, contact you, and enforce our agreements with you.

• Automatically – Information about apps, browsers and devices you use to access our services, including IP address, crash reports, system activity, date, time and referrer URL.
• Directly from you – With your consent when you register, post a comment, or ask us a question through phone or email.
• Passively – Using tracking tools like Matomo, browser cookies and web beacons.
• From third parties – For example, via integrated social media features which may share your name and email address with us.

• To contact you – for confirmation of services, promotional purposes, surveys, webinars and posts.
• To respond to requests or questions – addressing inquiries and other requests using email and contact details.
• To improve our services – customizing your experience, including displaying content based on your preferences.

With a Teamlease Regtech account you can sign in to Teamlease Regtech products and services. Personal data associated includes credentials, name, contact data, device, IP address, usage data, and your interests and favorites.

If your organization provides you with access to Teamlease Regtech products, your use is subject to your organization's policies. Direct privacy enquiries, including requests to exercise data protection rights, to your organization's administrator.

When you use a Teamlease Regtech product provided by your organization, processing of your personal data is governed by a contract between Teamlease Regtech and your organization.

We process Personal Data only when we have a lawful basis — either Certain Legitimate Uses (delivering services to our clients) or Consent.

Teamlease Regtech does not intend to provide services to individuals below the age of 18 years. If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child under 18, we will delete it.

Company ensures verifiable consent of the parent or lawful guardian is obtained for any data processing activity involving children's personal data.

Teamlease Regtech ensures that the verifiable consent of the lawful guardian is obtained before processing personal data of a person with disability.

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

We retain your Personal Data for as long as you have an active Services account. We may also retain your Personal Data for an extended period under applicable statutory laws. When you decide to close your account, we delete all Personal Data about you.

We retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We strive to give you ways to access, update/modify or delete your data unless we have to keep it for legal purposes. Some rights can be accessed from within the Teamlease Regtech application; others can be exercised by contacting us directly.

• Access information about your personal data

• Erase your personal data
• Seek redress of any grievance regarding processing
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights in case of death or incapacity

You have the right to request Teamlease Regtech to erase your personal data from our records for opting out of any of the purposes. Teamlease Regtech will process your request within one month of receiving it.

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. It may take about ten days to process your request. Even after opting out, we will still send you transactional messages via email and SMS about your purchases on our services.

• For disaster recovery purposes we keep backups of our database and files for 30 days. Upon a disposal request we remove the data within 30 days.
• When you delete data, we follow a deletion process to ensure your data is safely and completely removed or retained only in anonymized form. There may be delays between deletion requests and removal from active and backup systems.

You have the right to request Teamlease Regtech to update, rectify, edit, or complete your personal data. Teamlease Regtech will process your request within 7 working days of receiving it.

By using the Website and/or product and providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you disclose any personal information relating to other people, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect Client Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Examples include physical access controls, HTTPS, restricted data access, and monitoring for threats and vulnerabilities. We also subject our services to internationally recognized certification and attestation standards.

Our products and services have stringent security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. We use the highest security standards for data in motion and data at rest, including encryption and secure storage.

By product design, role-based access is restricted based on the roles assigned. Personal information is accessible to authorized personnel only (least privileges). The data is visible in the chain of hierarchy.

Data denial means that, upon request from users of Teamlease Regtech for any data, data from the Teamlease Regtech sources can be denied to users if the request is not from authorized users. The scope of data denial varies through the type of data requested. If client users deny prerequisite data, they will not be able to consume services provided by Teamlease Regtech.

You agree that you will:

• 28.1Not make available the App in any form, in whole or in part, to any person without prior written consent from us.
• 28.2Not copy the App, unless necessary for back-up or operational security.
• 28.3Not translate, merge, adapt, vary, alter or modify the whole or any part of the App, nor permit it to be combined with or incorporated in any other programs.
• 28.4Not disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the App, except as permitted by law for achieving a Permitted Objective, and only provided the information obtained is not disclosed to third parties, not used to create substantially similar software, is kept secure, and used only for the Permitted Objective.
• 28.5Comply with all applicable technology control or export laws and regulations.
• 28.6Not use the App in any unlawful manner or inconsistent with these terms.
• 28.7Not infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party.
• 28.8Not transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable.
• 28.9Not use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or interfere with other users.
• 28.10Not collect or harvest any data from our systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any Service.

You have no intellectual property rights in the App other than the right to use it in accordance with these terms.

A "cookie" is a small piece of information stored by a web server on a web browser so it can be later read back from that browser. We place temporary cookies in your computer's hard drive. The cookies do not contain any of your personally identifiable information. You can use controls in your internet browser to remove cookies at any time.

Currently Teamlease Regtech do not transfer personal data outside India. But in future as the business expands your data may be processed outside India in future within Third Party’s Data Centres.

Teamlease Regtech ensures that your data is not transferred to a country where data processing is restricted by the Indian government.

Teamlease Regtech ensures that all third parties are assessed for the identification of appropriate level of organizational and technological measures implemented by the vendor for Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of personal data.

Teamlease Regtech executes a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), to meet the adequacy and security requirements for our Clients and other international transfers of Client Data. The DPA is the contractual commitment between parties transferring Personal Data (for example, between Teamlease Regtech and its Clients, suppliers or Data Processors outside India), binding them to protect the privacy and security of the data.

Teamlease Regtech reserves the right to review and amend this Policy in keeping with the expansion of its business. The amended policy will be updated on our website and emailed to you if your email address is in our records.

Your continued use of our services after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes and agreement to be subject to the revised privacy policy.

Teamlease Regtech users can raise their complaints and queries by writing to us. We will use your first name, last name and email address to track, monitor and respond to your query.

In accordance with Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, the details of the Grievance Officer are provided below:
