Industry Specific ComplianceThe Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on May 13, 2022 has issued a notification to amend the terms and conditions of NOC for sale/rent of International roaming SIM cards/Global Calling Cards in India w.r.t. change in FDI in Telecom Sector.

The following amendments have been made in the guidelines:

(To be applicable if FDI is from an entity of a country, which shares land border with India or where the beneficial owner of an investment into India is situated in or is a citizen of any such country) (To be counter-signed by Director duly authorized by the company to be attached).
