Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on July 18, 2024, issued the Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2023.

This shall come into force on July 19, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In paragraph 1, after sub-paragraph (3), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:— “Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to Low Melt Polyester Yarn.”
