Labour ComplianceThe Government of West Bengal on June 23, 2026, has declared July 6, 2026 (Monday) as a Public Holiday throughout the State under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The holiday has been declared to commemorate the 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee, in recognition of his contributions to the State.
