Industry Specific ComplianceThe BSE Clearing Limited (BSECL) on August 12, 2026, informed Clearing Members that an optional facility has been introduced in the Real Time Risk Management System (RTRMS) to monitor intraday uncrystallised Mark-to-Market (MTM) losses arising from open futures positions at the Clearing Member level. Clearing Members may request activation of the facility by emailing the Risk Department of BSECL. The facility provides real-time monitoring of MTM losses across client and proprietary positions, with only net losses aggregated at the Clearing Member level. The facility is voluntary and does not alter the existing risk management or margin monitoring processes.
