The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on August 21, 2026, issued circular on Bulk & Block Reporting update.
NSE has updated the Bulk & Block Deals Reporting facility under Chapter 4.1 of Consolidated Circular NSE/CMTR/73927 dated April 28, 2026. Indicative bulk/block records will be made available to trading members on ENIT → Member Portal → ENIT-NEW-TRADE → Trade → Bulk/Block Reporting, on a best-effort basis within three hours after market close. Members must verify every record and submit any required correction on the same trading day through ENIT.
Where the Exchange data matches the member's records, no further disclosure is required. In case of discrepancies, members must submit modification requests within the prescribed 60-minute verification window; otherwise, the Exchange will consider the records verified and free from mismatch. The existing criteria for identifying bulk and block deals remain unchanged.
NSE will compile the verified information and disseminate it publicly on its website by 9:00 PM on the same trading day. Members can continue to use the ENIT bulk-upload facility and may update or delete submitted disclosures multiple times until the reporting window closes.
