Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Maharashtra on June 27, 2023, notified Maharashtra Agricultural Land Leasing Act, 2017.

The following has been stated-

•Agricultural land leasing under this Act.

•Enforcement of lease agreement.

•Rights and responsibilities of Lessee Cultivator.

•Non-transferability and non-heritability of the lease.

•Termination of lease.

•Enforcement of lease agreement.

•Dispute resolution.

It shall extend to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
