The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) on July 08, 2025, issued the Jaipur Region Building Regulations, 2025.
This shall take effect on August 25, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• These building regulations apply to all constructions, reconstructions, additions, and alterations within the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) region.
• The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) shall implement, oversee, and regulate all building permissions, layouts, and construction activities as per these regulations.
• These regulations aim to ensure planned, safe, and sustainable development in Jaipur, aligning construction with the city’s master plan.
• Section 4 provides General Building Requirements.
• Section 13 outlines provisions for Building Height and FAR (Floor Area Ratio).
• Section 15 outlines Fire Safety Provisions.
• Section 21 outlines Unauthorized Construction and Penalties.
