The Mumbai Port Authority, on October 27, 2025, issued a notification regarding the revision of the Scale of Rates.
The following has been stated: -
•The Mumbai Port Authority has approved the revised Scale of Rates and Performance Standards under Section 27(1) of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021, via Board Resolution No.111 of 2025.
•The revision follows the earlier two-month extension of existing rates from October 03, 2025.
•As per Clause 4.7 of the Tariff Policy, 2021, the revised rates will take effect 30 days after publication in the State Gazette.
•These rates will remain valid for three years, subject to annual indexation under Clause 2.8 of the Tariff Policy, 2021.
