Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&FW), on November 06, 2025, issued the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues (Amendment) Rules, 2025, to further amend the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In Form 15, under the sub-heading “III. CORNEAL TRANSPLANTATION CENTRE”, in the entries in the second column against C, for the word “Specular”, the words and brackets shall be substituted, with:- “Specular (optional)”.
