The Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) on November 07, 2025, issued a notification regarding the use of the National Single Window System (NSWS) Portal for submission of an application for approval of fabrication of Bulk Mixing Delivery vehicle and ANFO pump truck.
The following has been stated: -
•The Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation has launched an online module on the National Single Window System (NSWS) for processing applications related to the approval of fabrication of Bulk Mixing Delivery vehicles and ANFO pump trucks under the Explosives Rules, 2008.
•All manufacturers must now submit applications online, as offline/manual submissions will no longer be accepted.
