The Government of Chhattisgarh on November 07, 2025, issued amendment in the Chhattisgarh Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017.
The following amendments have been stated:
• After sub-rule (1) of Rule 35, following clause shall be added, namely:-
"(a) Where the aggrieved person submits complaint (except in cases triable by the Adjudicating Officer) through the CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System), such complaint shall be inquired only upon the deposit of the requisite fee as prescribed. The aggrieved person shall be informed in writing regarding payment of such fee."
• After sub-rule (1) of Rule 36, following clause shall be added, namely:-
"(a) where the aggrieved person submits complaint to the Adjudicating Officer for compensation under Section 12, 14, 18 and 19 through the CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System), such complaint shall be examined only upon the deposit of the requisite fee as prescribed. The aggrieved person shall be informed in writing regarding payment of such fee"
