The Government of Rajasthan, on November 04, 2025, issued a notification regarding the extension of the deadline for the Stamp Duty Compliance.
The following has been stated: -
•The Government of Rajasthan, under Section 9-A of the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998, has amended its earlier notification dated February 19, 2025, to extend the deadline for compliance from September 30, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
•The authorized Hindi translation of this notification has been published as per the proviso to Section 4 of the Rajasthan Official Language Act, 1956.
