The Taxes Department, Kerala on October 30, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Extension for Condonation of Delay in Filing Returns and Statements by Registered Societies.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Government of Kerala, under Section 31A(1) of the Travancore–Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act, 1955, has allowed societies to apply for condonation of delay in filing returns, forms, annual statements, and accounts.
• The period for submitting such applications, with payment of the prescribed fine, is from October 28, 2025 up to December 31, 2025.
