The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F), on November 12, 2025, rescission of notification relating to Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn.
The Central Government thinking that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 3193(E), dated the 17th July, 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 17th July, 2023, relating to Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn with immediate effect, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
