class="MsoNormal">The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F), on November 12, 2025, rescinds the notification related to Polyester Staple Fibres (PSF).
The Central Government believing that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 1651(E), dated April 05, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated April 06, 2022, relating to Polyester Staple Fibres (PSF) with immediate effect, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
