Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of West Bengal, on November 11, 2025, issued a notification regarding Expiry Drugs at DRS-Hooghly.

The following has been stated: -

•A list of near-expiry drugs at DRS-Hooghly under CMOH, Hooghly, has been identified for action. The drugs are likely to expire by January 31, 2026, and may not be utilized in time. 

•All user units are requested to place indents promptly through the Department’s website to ensure their utilization. 

•Notable items include Cefepime Injection, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Ophthalmic Solution, Povidone Iodine Ointment, and Vasopressin Injection.
