Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on November 12, 2025, issued a notification to rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 3195(E), dated July 17, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated July 17, 2023, relating to 100 Percent Polyester Spun, Grey and White Yarn with immediate effect, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
