Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on November 12, 2025, issued a notification to rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 1652(E), dated April 05, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated April 06, 2022, relating to the Polyester Industrial Yarn (IDY) with immediate effect, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
