The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on November 04, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Amendment to Ceiling Price Fixation for Ringer Lactate (Non-Glass with Special Features) – Addition of New Manufacturers (2025)
The following has been stated namely: -
• Five new entries (Sl. No. 26–30) are added to Table ‘B’, covering new manufacturers and marketers producing Ringer Lactate formulations in various packaging types (Euro Head bottles, Dual Port bottles, LVP bags, etc.).
• Details of Added Manufacturers:
o Sl. No. 26: M/s IV Tech Healthcare – Twin Port Euro Head Bottles
o Sl. No. 27: M/s Life Infusion Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. – Dual Port Plastic (PP) Bottles
o Sl. No. 28: M/s Safal Lifescience Pvt. Ltd. (Manufacturer) & M/s One Drip Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (Marketer) – DRIPEURO/PE Bottles
o Sl. No. 29: M/s Virchow Biotech Pvt. Ltd. – Euro Head LVP Bags (non-PVC)
o Sl. No. 30: M/s Klokter Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. (Manufacturer) & M/s Zee Laboratories Ltd. (Marketer) – Euro Head Bottles
• Clauses (e5) and (e6) are added after clause (e4) to specify which formulations’ prices are applicable to the newly listed companies.
• Applicability of Ceiling Prices:
o Under clause (e5): For IV Tech Healthcare and Life Infusion Pharmaceuticals (Sl. 26 & 27), prices at Sl. No. 3 and 4 of Table A apply.
o Under clause (e6): For Safal Lifescience, One Drip Healthcare, Virchow Biotech, Klokter Life Sciences, and Zee Laboratories (Sl. 28–30), only the price at Sl. No. 3 of Table A applies.
