Industry Specific Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MoE&IT), on November 13, 2025, notified regarding the Composition of the Data Protection Board of India.

In sub-section (1), section 19, of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (22 of 2023), the Central Government hereby notifies that the Data Protection Board of India shall consist of four members.
