Industry Specific Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Government of Maharashtra, on November 13, 2025, issued the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2025, to further amend the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.

In rule 41A, sub-rule (1) in clause (h), for the words, "Education Officer or Deputy Director, as the case may be ", the words and brackets, shall be substituted with:- “Commissioner (Education), State of Maharashtra, Pune”.
