Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on November 14, 2025, issued a circular regarding the review of provisions pertaining to the Electronic Book Provider (EBP) platform to increase its efficacy and utility.

The following has been stated: -

•SEBI has issued modifications to the Master Circular on Electronic Book Provider (EBP) platforms and private placement listing timelines via Circular dated May 16, 2025. 

•These changes affect Clauses 3 and 7.11.3 of Chapter VI and will be effective from November 17, 2025. 

•In response, revised operating guidelines for the NSE Electronic Bidding Platform have been prepared. 

•All participants are advised to take note of and comply with the updated provisions.
