The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 04, 2025, notified regarding the Updated Operational Guidelines for participation on BSEBOND (EBP platform of BSE).
The following has been stated namely: -
• Recently, SEBI vide circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-PoD-1/P/CIR/2025/0000000073, dated May 16, 2025, introduced further amendments to the Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/PoD1/P/CIR/2024/54 dated May 22,2024 in Chapter VI and Chapter VII pertaining to Electronic Bidding Platform.
• Consequently, BSE has made the necessary changes in the Electronic Bidding Platform and updated Operational Guidelines has been issued.
• Revised BSEBOND Operational guidelines titled “Operational Guidelines for participation on BSEBOND (EBP platform of BSE)” shall come into effect for all transactions that open for bidding on BSEBOND from November 17, 2025. Please refer Annexure A & Annexure B attached as part of this notice.
