Industry Specific ComplianceThe Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on November 13, 2025, issued a corrigendum to the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Connectivity and General Network Access to the Inter-State Transmission System) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2025.

The following has been stated namely: -

• At Page 58 – Under Regulation 9.3.1, the words “effective date of GNA” shall be read as “firm Start date of Connectivity”.

• At Page 66- In Title of Clause (6) of Regulation 11A, the words “or Renewable power park developer” shall be inserted after the words “ESS (excluding PSP)”.

• At Page 67 – Under the first proviso of clause (1)(b) of Regulation 11C, the words “effective date of GNA” shall be read as “firm Start date of Connectivity”.

• At Page 68 – Under clause (1)(d) of Regulation 11C, the words “start date of Connectivity of ‘Y’” shall be read as “firm start date of Connectivity of ‘Y’”.

• At Page 76 – Under the main paragraph of clause (b-i) of Regulation 25.1, the words “and Conn-BG3 shall be encashed” shall be read as “and Conn-BG3 shall be encashed, corresponding to relinquished quantum
