The National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL) on November 14, 2025, notified regarding the SHCIL e-Stamping System Downtime.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL) e-Stamping application is undergoing maintenance activity, e-Stamping service for SHCIL states will not be available from 14th November 2025, 8:30 PM onwards to November 15, 2025, 01:00 AM.
• DDE for the following GRAS states will continue to be available:
o Kerala
o Madhya Pradesh
o Maharashtra
o Telangana
o West Bengal
