The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on November 13, 2025, notified regarding the Modification in C2N functionality & Introduction of Extranet API.
The following has been stated namely: -
• NSE has updated the C2N system to include a new Extranet tab, allowing members access to both common and member-specific files through a unified interface.
• A new Extranet API has been launched, enabling clearing members and broker-dealers to programmatically fetch, download, and upload extranet files.
• Members shall complete API registration in the C2N portal, including setting a secure API password and adding registered IPs.
• Access tokens generated through the workflow allow secure API use, with detailed technical specifications and response codes provided in the circular.
• Members are advised to review the user manual and adopt the API for smoother, automated access to NSEICC file services.
