The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 17, 2025, notified regarding the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for submission of financial results as required under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 & Master circular for compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is reference to Regulations 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) on submission of Financial Results.
• Please find enclosed Annexure 1, the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for submission of financial results as required under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 & Master circular for compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
• All listed Companies are requested to take note of the same and comply with the requirement of Listing Regulations and other applicable regulations as amended from time to time.
