The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), on November 14, 2025, notified regarding the amendment in Import Policy of ITC HS 71131921 covered under Chapter 71 of ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy).
The following amendments have been stated:
• ITC(HS) Code: 71131921, Description Policy: Of platinum:- Unstudded, and Existing Import Policy: Free, Revised Import Policy:- Restricted
• The Import Policy of ITC HS 71131921 covered under Chapter 71of ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy) is revised from "Free" to "Restricted", with immediate effect till 30.04.2026.
