class="MsoNormal">The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, on July 20, 2025, notified regarding the classification of IMFL and BIO Brands for sale in Civil Market in the UT of J&K for the year 2025-26.
The following have been stated:-
In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 38, sub rule 31 clause (b) sub clause (iv) of the J&K Liquor License and Sale Rules, 1984, read with S.O. 38 Dated: 15-02-2025 and recommendation of the Committee constituted vide Order No. 60-EC of 2022 Dated:30-05-2022, sanction is hereby accorded to the classification of brands meant for sale in Civll Market in the Union Territory ofJ&K in the category/segment as per annexure to this order.
