Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Tripura on November 04, 2025, issued notification on Enforcement Date of Provisions of the Tripura SGST Ninth Amendment Act, 2025.

The Government of Tripura has notified that the provisions of clauses (ii) and (iii) of section 2, sections 3 to 5, and sections 7 to 15 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Ninth Amendment) Act, 2025 will come into effect from October 01, 2025, as empowered under section 1(2) of the Act.
