The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, on August 19, 2025, issued a notification regarding the fixation of the Maximum Retail Price of locally manufactured Premium & Deluxe/Super Deluxe IMFL, Imported Wine, and Premium IMFL brands for sale in the civil market for the year 2025-26.
The following has been stated: -
•The order approves the Ex-Manufacturer Price, Ex-Wholesale Price, and Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the specified brands for the year 2025-26.
•The brands shall not be sold above the fixed rates, which are detailed in Annexures "A-18," "A-19," and "A-20" attached to the order.
