The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on November 13, 2025, issued a corrigendum to the older notification stating an Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Solar Cells, whether or not assembled into Modules or made up into Panels from China PR.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The DGTR issued final anti-dumping findings on September 29, 2025, under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and AD Rules, 1995.
• A correction has now been issued to include “Siyang Talesun New Energy Technologies Co., Ltd.” at multiple places that were omitted earlier.
• The company is added at Serial No. 75 in Para 4(viii), Serial No. (lxiv) in Para 70, and Serial No. 20 in the list of non-sampled cooperative producers in Para 214.
• This modification ensures the producer’s proper recognition and inclusion in the final findings for the anti-dumping investigation.
