The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 17, 2025, notified regarding the FATF Public Statements after the October 2025 Plenary.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that all BSE members are required to update their actions using a prescribed electronic declaration form via the BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) under the “FATF Declaration” module.
• The deadline for submission in electronic form only is December 05, 2025; submissions lacking a physical/digital signature (on organisation letterhead or by authorised signatory/compliance officer) will be treated as pending.
• Non-submission or delayed submission will attract disciplinary action under earlier Exchange Notice No. 20251010-20 (October 10, 2025).
• A detailed procedure and user manual for the submission process is provided as “Annexure 1” of the notice.
