Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on November 14, 2025, notified of an anti-dumping investigation into imports of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (‘NBR’) from China PR, the European Union, Korea RP, and Russia.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the DGTR has issued final anti-dumping findings on September 25, 2025, under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the 1995 Anti-Dumping Rules.

• A correction has been issued because the trader’s name, PJSC Sibur Holding, was mistakenly mentioned instead of the actual producer, Krasnoyarsk Synthetic Rubber Plant, Public Joint-Stock Company, in paragraphs 82, 101, 191, and 193.

• The notification substitutes the correct producer’s name throughout those sections.

• Consequently, entry S. No. 7 of the duty table in paragraph 195 is revised to reflect the correct producer.

• The corrected entry clarifies that imports from this producer will attract Nil anti-dumping duty (USD per MT).
