The following has been stated:
Members are reminded to submit their Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate as of September 30, 2025, by November 30, 2025, through the new NCL Member Portal. This reminder refers to earlier circulars issued on September 30, 2025, and October 7, 2025. Members must ensure compliance with the applicable net worth requirements (higher of base or variable net worth). Failure to submit the certificate within the deadline or any shortfall in net worth may lead to action as stipulated in relevant circulars issued from time to time. Members are instructed to comply promptly.
