The following IS have been established on October 15, 2025 namely: -

• IS 1470 : 2025 Silicomanganese — Specification (Fifth Revision)
• IS 2800 : 2025 Construction and Testing of Tubewells — Code of Practice (First Revision)
• IS 3562 : 2025 p-Nitrotoluene, Technical — Specification (Second Revision)
The following IS has been withdrawn on April 15, 2026 namely: -
• IS 1213 : 2020 Methods for Testing Tar and Bituminous Materials — Distillation Test (Second Revision)
• IS 1470 : 2013 Silicomanganese — Specification (Fourth Revision)
• IS 3562 : 1997 p-Nitrotoluene, Technical — Specification (First Revision)
• IS 6149 - 1984 Specification for Single-Ended Open-Jaw Adjustable Wrenches (First Revision)
