The Excise Commissioner, Government of Jammu and Kashmir on June 20, 2025, has approved the fixation of Ex-Manufacturer Price, Ex-Wholesale Price, and Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for Imported Deluxe/Super Deluxe (BIO) and Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) (BII) brands for sale in the civil market for the financial year 2025–26.
This approval is granted in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-clause (iv) of clause (b) of sub-rule (31) of Rule 38 of the Jammu and Kashmir Liquor License and Sale Rules, 1984, read with Notification S.O. 38 dated February 15, 2025, and based on the recommendations of the Committee constituted vide Order No. 60-EC of 2022 dated May 30, 2022.
The approved prices, as detailed in Annexures A-13 and A-14 appended to the order, are effective for the year 2025–26, and the listed brands shall not be sold above the fixed MRP.
