The Excise Commissioner, Government of Jammu and Kashmir March 11, 2025, has approved the fixation of Ex-Manufacturer Price, Ex-Wholesale Price, and Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for JK Special Whisky and other locally manufactured low-cost IMFL brands for sale in the civil market for the financial year 2025–26.
This order has been issued in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-clause (iv) of clause (b) of sub-rule (31) of Rule 38 of the Jammu and Kashmir Liquor License and Sale Rules, 1984, read with Notification S.O. 38 dated February 15, 2025, and based on the recommendations of the Committee constituted vide Order No. 60-EC of 2022 dated May 30, 2022.
The approved prices, as specified in Annexures “A” and “B” appended to this order, are valid for the year 2025–26, and the listed brands shall not be sold above the fixed MRP.
