The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX), on November 17, 2025, has issued a reminder to all members regarding the mandatory submission of data and reports related to Risk Based Supervision and Internal Audit for the half-year period ended September 30, 2025.
As per earlier circulars MCX/INSP/517/2025 dated October 07, 2025 and MCX/INSP/529/2025 dated October 13, 2025, members are required to submit: (1) Data/Details/Information for the period from April 01, 2025 to September 30, 2025 pertaining to Risk Based Supervision, and (2) the Internal Audit Report for the same period. The submissions must be made in the prescribed format through the Exchange Portal at https://member.mcxindia.com on or before November 30, 2025.
The circular cautions that non-submission, delayed submission, or deficiencies will attract penalties and disciplinary actions in accordance with Exchange Circular No. MCX/INSP/525/2025 dated October 10, 2025, or other applicable circulars. Members are accordingly advised to ensure timely compliance with the stated regulatory requirements.
