class="MsoNormal">The Ministry of Power (MoP), on November 07, 2025, notified regarding the extension of the Timeline for Submission of Comments on the Draft Electricity (Amendment) Bill, 2025
The following has been stated:-
The Ministry had earlier circulated the Draft Electricity (Amendment) Bill, 2025, to stakeholders on October 09, 2025, seeking their comments by November 08, 2025. Following multiple requests for additional time to study the draft Bill, the Ministry has now extended the deadline for submission of comments and suggestions to November 30, 2025.
