Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Andhra Pradesh, on September 26, 2025, issued the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2025, further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The following has been stated: -

•In section 11A, for the words “central tax”, wherever they occur, the words “state tax” shall be substituted.

•In section 12, sub-section (4) shall be omitted.

•In section 13, sub-section (4) shall be omitted.
