The Government of Kerala, on November 17, 2025, notified the Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards and Industrial Township Area Development (Amendment) Act, 2025, further to amend the Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards and Industrial Township Area Development Act, 1999.
The following has been stated: -
•In the long title, after the words “modernisation of enterprises,” the words “and to promote investment” shall be inserted.
•In the preamble, after the words “licenses for enterprises,” the words “and to promote investment” shall be inserted.
It shall come into force at once.
