The Excise and Taxation Department, Govt. of Haryana, on August 01, 2025, notified regarding the amendment in Schedule A to Haryana VAT Schedule relating to Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF).
The following amendments have been stated:
• In Schedule A, for serial number 3A and entries there against, the following serial number and entries there against shall be substituted, namely:- “3A- Aviation Turbine Fuel subject to entry 7, 3B and 3C- 20%”;
• In Schedule A, for serial number 3B and entries there against, the following serial number and entries there against shall be substituted, namely:- “3B- Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) when sold to All passenger flights including under Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS)-
• UDAN, at all airports, subject to the condition of the submission of the certificate appended herewith - 1%”;
