The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) on November 14, 2025, notified regarding the extension in inviting the comments and suggestions on the Draft DERC (Terms & Conditions for Determination of Tariff) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2025, and Draft DERC (Business Plan) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2025.
It states that the timeline to send the comments and suggestions of the Stakeholders on the said Draft Regulations has now been extended, up to December 01, 2025, till 05:00 PM. The suggestions/comments may be forwarded to the Secretary, DERC, either by post or through e-mail to [email protected].
