The Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) on November 17, 2025, issued amendments to Rules, Byelaws and Regulations of Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL).
The members are informed that amendments have been carried out to the Rules, Bye-laws and Regulations of ICCL pursuant to change in regulatory framework and SEBI Circular dated June 25, 2024 on Statutory Committees at Market Infrastructure Institutions (MIIs), as per Annexure I (Attached).
The aforesaid amendments have come into force with effect from October 03, 2025 being the date of notification in the Gazette of India.
