The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on November 18, 2025, notified regarding the reminder for Submission of Half-Yearly Networth Certificate as on September 30, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Members who have not yet submitted their Half Yearly Networth certificate are advised to submit the same on or before the due date, i.e. November 30, 2025, in the prescribed format on Exchange portal https://member.mcxindia.com.
• In case of non-submission of Networth certificate within the due date or in case of any shortfall, non-submission of a revised Networth certificate along with the original Networth certificate as on September 30, 2025, disciplinary actions shall be initiated by the Exchange as stipulated in circular Ref no. MCX/INSP/525/2025 dated October 10, 2025.
• Further, as per Exchange circular no. MCX/MEM/473/2025 dated September 22, 2025, in case any Member resubmits the Networth certificate beyond 15 calendar days from the date of intimation of deficiency by the Exchange, a penalty of Rs. 200/- per day will be levied till rectification of the deficiencies. In case the resubmitted documents are also deficient, then the penalty shall continue till such submission where there is rectification of the deficiencies.
• Members are advised to take note of the above and ensure compliance on or before November 30, 2025.
