Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX), on November 18, 2025, issued a circular regarding the reminder- Submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on September 30, 2025.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Members who have not yet uploaded their Half Yearly Networth certificate are once again advised to submit the same on or before the due date, i.e., November 30, 2025, in the prescribed format through the NCFE Portal. No physical copies should be submitted to the Exchange. 

• Non-submission / late submission of Half Yearly Networth certificate or any sort of noncompliance shall attract penalty / disciplinary actions as per Exchange circular no. NCDEX/COMPLIANCE-56/2025 dated October 10, 2025, on revised penalty structure, penalty for non/late-submission would be levied as under: 

• The member shall be allowed a maximum of two working days after the due date for the submission, post which trading terminal will be disabled. 

• A penalty of Rs.5000 per day will be levied during the two-day grace period permitted until the submission or disablement, whichever is earlier.
