The Bombay Stock Exchange, on November 19, 2025, issued a notification regarding submission of Risk Based Supervision (RBS) Data.
The following has been stated:
The Exchange has reminded all members, through previous Notice No. 20251007-01 dated October 07, 2025, to submit the required information and data for Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) for the period April 01, 2025, to September 30, 2025. This submission is mandatory for all active members who have executed even a single trade during the said period and must be completed electronically through the BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) on or before November 30, 2025.
Failure to submit within the stipulated timeline may attract penal charges or disciplinary action.
